Hello and Happy Sunday!
Merry Christmas!
On the Home Front: A busy week, but at least there were no appointments. Yay!
Monday ~ Trip and I went out to get the last few bits and bobs for Christmas.
Tuesday and Wednesday ~ I can't remember what I did. lol
Thursday ~ Grocery pick up. Then I wrapped the grandkiddos presents.
Friday ~ I finished wrapping presents. I did it for a million hours. Or, at least, that's what my back thinks.
Saturday ~ I did the cleaning, worked on the blog for a bit, and watched Bones.
Sunday ~ I plan on baking goodies and cooking Christmas Eve dinner. Hubby has to work, so he'll miss it fresh.
Touching Nature: Got 3.5" of rain last Sunday. Then it got cold again. I have done nothing outside except feed my critters.
Book News: Finished 3 books for BBNYA2023 and now that the winner has been announced I can mark them on Goodreads.
Don't Touch That Dial!: Still rewatching Bones and that's it.
At the Flicks: Nope
Cyberspace Playground: Wordle, Word Lots, Solitaire, jigsaw puzzles
Randomness: Suddenly, I want to move to Alaska.

And because it's Christmas Eve, here's a bonus.
Carol's Nuggets of Wisdom: Wrap presents when you get them and it won't be so bad. I tell myself this every year and every year I ignore my own advice. LOL

ReplyDeleteWell, the goodies were: 7 Layer Cookies, Russian Tea Balls, Texas Sheet Cake, pumpkin pie, cherry pie, and Cinnamon Swirl Crumb Cake. Then dinner was: warming up a Honey-Baked Ham I bought a few weeks ago and put in the freezer (I used my Instant Pot), mashed potatoes, green beans, home made mac & cheese, rolls, and stuffing. I was in the kitchen ALL day. We will be doing leftovers for several days. lol
