Hello and Happy Sunday!

Happy 23rd Birthday to my daughter Anna!

Today is her birthday. She went to the beach with her boyfriend this weekend, but she'll be back this evening and we'll have cake and she can open her presents.

Happy Early 52nd Birthday to hubby (on Tuesday)!

Yay! More cake!

On the Home Front: Besides working outside, I dealt with some appointments this week, and finally got into hubby's work portal on Weds afternoon (he had to go to HR and then they had to call in IT) to do his enrollment for insurance, retirement, and direct deposit. Still waiting for United Healthcare to get him in the system then I can finally get rolling on doctor visits and picking up prescriptions. For fuck's sake. This has been ridiculous.

Touching Nature: Worked outside Sunday & Monday, and just Tuesday morning since hubby had to go to work in the afternoon. It was absolutely gorgeous out. Too bad it didn't last. The temps crept up and the humidity got all wild and crazy. We did get some rain, but it only made things worse. Hoping it's better this coming week. Still have a LOT to do outside.

Book News: I finished two books this weekend! Yay! I still have 8 or 10 reviews to write, but that's ok. I'll get to them. Currently 22 books behind on my Goodreads Challenge. I may or may not lower my number. We'll see.
