Ethan of Saxet needs to gather two more ingredients for the ascension tincture in order to become the youngest, most powerful Warlock in a thousand years. Collecting the fresh gizzard of Albatross cured in the piss of a moon-bred mare was difficult but not impossible. The last ingredient though, the passion screams of a Silverfinned mermaid may very well be his downfall. But Ethan is not giving up. He’s determined and he’s talented, in more ways than one. When the ship he hires captures a Silverfin, he knows he doesn’t have much time to make her scream in passion before his deadline. However, he never anticipated she’d be the Electra Pree (a warrior Queen) or that she’d have a kraken as a pet watchdog. Still, Ethan is determined to work some magic. Literally.

This is a great read! Man, oh man, does Electra Pree make Ethan work hard for her screams. She is feisty, arrogant, and so very awesome! Ethan is no slouch either. But the star is the kraken. Oh my. There’s definitely a story here - beginning, middle, and end with an opening at the conclusion for further adventures. The sex between Electra Pree and Ethan is great, but the addition of the kraken is…woo doggie! *fans self* Only drawback is it ends at 81%, but I’d seriously read more about these two. Oh, yeah.

A warrior alien named Glabrx comes across something special when making the rounds of an auction house. A human female. Humans aren’t supposed to be caught and sold, but this one had been rescued from poachers and according to the law could not be returned to her planet. After seeing ALL of her and sampling the wares (which means sex - he forces his tentacle into her and deposits his spawn), Glabrx gladly pays the outrageous price for her. He is extremely pleased with his new protected pet. No other Necrimata has such a unique prize. Only the great Glabrx! He can barely wait to use her over and over again. The human, Evangeline, is not as pleased though he does coax excellent orgasms out of her. If only he weren’t an alien, and she weren’t a captive breeder with no idea how to escape. Unfortunately, this story ends abruptly at 71%. It’s off to a great start though. Seeing it mostly from an alien’s POV is interesting. I’d definitely read more in this series.

Kelly Ashby’s rich daddy has had enough of Kelly’s shenanigans, so he’s shipped her off to Wolsney College. Kelly thinks she can yet again sexually work her way out of this punishment, but she’s in for a bit of a surprise.

Kelly is definitely an unlikeable rich and privileged twatwaffle. The story spends a lot of time setting up the new world in which she must live, but it ends abruptly at 79%. There is one hot scene in the taxi with Kelly and the taxi driver, but it’s human to human. Ho hum. I had to get through a lot of boring shit to get to the tentacle sex of which there is only one scene at the end. But what a scene! *fans self* Maybe book 2 will have more explanations and a lot more tentacle action.
