Hello and Happy Sunday!

On the Home Front:  Busy busy week. Then the three spawn who reside with me kidnapped me and took me to Carolina Beach this weekend. We left Friday around 6pm and returned home today around 6:30pm. We walked the beach looking for shells, went to Fort Fisher Aquarium, walked the boardwalk, shopped, ate delicious food, and had a great time. This post is late because I didn't have any time to finish it. An awesome problem to have!

I'll post some pics next Sunday. I'm too tired (it's a nice tired) now and want to go to bed soon. Going to be a busy week this week then hopefully things will slow a bit. I'm almost done with Christmas shopping and we'll do decorations this coming weekend.

Touching Nature: Nice weather that turned chilly. And windy. So many pine needles came down that I'll need to press Backpack Blower into service for Battle IX of Leafageddon. Or maybe it should be PineNeedleageddon. It was a bit chilly at the beach Friday evening and Saturday though it was nice and sunny. Today was gorgeous!

Book News: Nothing to report here.

Don't Touch That Dial!:  CSI

At the Flicks: Nope

Cyberspace Playground: Wordle, Word Lots, Crossword Jam, Solitaire, jigsaw puzzles, the Finch app - is anyone wants to be friends just let me know.

Randomness:

Carol's Nuggets of Wisdom: When life is hard and/or just shitty, there are people who will lift you up when you least expect it.

That's it for me. AVR News Update signing off. May all your books enthrall you.
