Hello and Happy Sunday!

On the Home Front: Been trying to get caught up behind the scenes on the blog. Making progress.

Talked to the architect and sent out a deposit on the plans. He's 4-6 weeks out then he'll be by to go over what we want before he draws up the plans. So, we have that time to hammer out exactly what we want.

The lady who was interested in Scrappy stopped by Thursday to meet him and fell in love. She did the paperwork Friday morning then came to pick him up for a 4 week trial. So, he's gone. I hope they are very happy together and have lots of adventures. *fingers crossed* that she will not return him.

Friday after hubby's flying lesson he went to pick up Kyle from work and got stuck in traffic so Trip and I went to pick up the grandkiddos. We took them to a Halloween shindig that Sheetz was putting on for employees and their families. They had a good time. Then Trip woke me up Saturday morning to tell me Oliver threw up. Oh, yay. But he seemed fine after so they went home at 1:00 as usual. Hopefully none of us will get sick. I did some blog stuff, wrote a review and posted it, then did the Saturday cleaning. Leftovers for dinner then played Pokemon while watching Ghostbusters & Ghostbusters II. 

Today I intend to bring out my trusty sidekick, Backpack Blower, and have at the Leafy Menace.

Touching Nature: Have done no touching of Nature unless you count walking the dogs. Oh! I did pick up black walnuts that are finally falling off the tree. And it stormed Friday evening so there are a megaton of the leafy enemy on the ground which also brought down a 5 gallon buckets worth of black walnuts. I need to start planting them to see if they sprout. I intend to engage in Leafageddon Battle II today.

Book News: I read a book and wrote the review. Still have several to write.

Don't Touch That Dial!:  Still periodically watching Lucifer. About to start season 3. 

For Halloween, so far we've watched: Beetlejuice, Jaws, Hocus Pocus, The Haunted Mansion, Ghostbusters, and Ghostbusters II. 

At the Flicks: Nope

Cyberspace Playground: Wordle, Word Lots, Solitaire, jigsaw puzzles

Randomness:  

Carol's Nuggets of Wisdom: Sometimes you just have to say Fuck It and take a nap.
