On the Home Front:
So, it's been a rough couple of weeks. I did things. I paid bills. Hubby and I went to Ohio last weekend (Fri - Sun) which is why there was no Sunday Post. We helped my brothers and sis-in-law move things around. My eldest spawn, George, was there, too. We finished just as it began raining. Anna and I are going back up this coming weekend to do some more moving of small stuff and bringing more things home. My house is a wreck. I have stuff everywhere that needs me to go through and put away or do something with. I have no storage in this house. No garage, no basement, no attic. I fucking hate it. Done lots of thinking. Lots of reflection. And some crying. But life goes on and so must we. I had a dentist appt Thursday and I need 2 big molars removed. I could get root canals, but I'm not spending that kind of money and go through all that anxiety with no guarantee that they'll last. So, I'll need to schedule that and then maybe consider implants. This whole year just fucking sucks. That's all I have to say.
Mom's week: Mom was cremated and she's back at home. We'll spread her ashes Thanksgiving week.
Touching Nature: Not horrible.
Book News: Listened to audios while driving. Then hubby and I started listening at home in the evenings he's off.
Don't Touch That Dial!: Some Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Season 5. Finally got to the episode where Riley leaves. Thank fuck. What a whiney bitch. Then I skipped The Body for obvious reasons.

Carol's Nuggets of Wisdom: Take care of your teeth. I mean, I took care of mine fairly well, but could have done a better job. Now I'm paying the price.

I'm so sorry Carol. I have boxes of stuff from my parent's home and just haven't been able to go through some of it. Yet. But it's been years for some of them. I do have a garage and an attic sort of storage but most of it is in my parlor (music/reading room) along with scrapbook stuff and a working table. Mom used to help me with the photos and stories about them but we didn't get through everything and some photos I'll just never know about them.
