Hello and Happy Sunday!

Merry Christmas!

On the Home Front: 

• Sunday - Mostly did nothing.
• Monday - Took Sugarcube for a follow-up for her infected murder mittens. Looking very good. Vet wants one more round of antibiotics and to keep cleaning them.
• Tuesday - Grocery shopping.
• Wednesday - Started the Wrapping of the Presents.
• Thursday - Rain and cold. Gross.
• Friday - So very cold. And windy. Temperature dropped steadily all day. Power out most of the day. Got all the rest of the wrapping done.
• Saturday - Woke up to frozen pipes under the house because it was 7º feels like -8º. Used a hair dryer to unfuck them. Had 3 of 4 grandkiddos over to open presents. Cooked the Christmas Eve meal (leftovers for Christmas Day). Watched Elf and Polar Express. In bed by 10:30.
• Today -  Merry Christmas!!

Mom's week: She had a good week despite nearly everyone in the joint is sick. Fingers crossed she continues to avoid more ick and crud that she absolutely does not need. Very incredibly cold in Ohio.

Touching Nature: Not horrible, then horrible. lol

Book News: Not much to report here. Just filling in the year end blog posts for this coming week. The BBNYA (Book Bloggers' Novel of the Year Award) was announced so I added to Goodreads the three books I read for the final round.  You can see the 14 finalists and winner HERE. I just need to write up those reviews for the upcoming book tours in 2023.
