Joan Bennet meets her older brother’s best mate while still young. Viscount Tristan Burke is invited to their home, but after some shenanigans he’s never invited again. Which, we find out later, is par for the course with him. When Joan meets him again, she’s a grown woman with four Seasons under her belt and no prospects interested in her tall self. Tristan isn’t interested either. Or is he?
This is a fun and steamy historical romance with great characters and an interesting plot. The world building is awesome and the romance is woof. *grabs a fan* There’s humor aplenty, too. I totally enjoyed this. It kept me entertained on the long drive from NC to OH and back again.
