Hello and Happy Sunday!
On the Home Front: I'm doing up this post on Saturday evening while watching Numbers. I'm beat. Trip and I worked outside Friday then went to pick up the ankle biters who spent the night. I'm so glad I don't have kids while in my 50s. Grandkiddos are so much better. Play with them then send them home and recuperate. I'm drinking an adult beverage, have my feet up, and watching tv.

My week was otherwise uneventful. Oh, yeah. Trip had an appointment with his psychiatrist and we found out the doc is retiring. Trip took it better than I hoped. I wondered when he was going to retire, but said nothing. Well, now we know. Doc rec'd two others in the office so he picked one. He said he had two questions: How old are they (so they don't retire too soon lol) and are they Duke fans? Lmao He's a Tar Heel fan, so he said State is something he could deal with but Duke is a huge no. LOL
Touching Nature: Weather has been gorgeous. Trip and I worked outside Friday instead of Wednesday because it rained when it wasn't supposed to.

DeleteI loved the weather at the end of this week. I am not looking forward to more 90s this week. But I have plenty of indoor work to do also, so I shouldn't complain about the mix of hot and comfortable weather.

It's looking like only a day or two of icky hotness, but at least it's not 100º, right? lol I really should get some things done inside, too, but there's wood that needs stacking and maybe rain later this week? We'll see. I hope you get your things done. :)
