Ok. So, I read this in January 2025. It’s been awhile, but I still remember the gist of the story. I really like the mystery and the fact that Nell is just a regular person trying to clear her name. Except her profession both helps and hinders her in this. I love the details of her job as an ecologist even if her sleuthing skills leave much to be desired. In fact, just writing this review up, so many months later, makes me want to go back and listen to it all over again. Which should tell you it’s worth a go. Why would I want to relisten to a book when I have so many waiting for their first read? Go check it out. I think you’ll enjoy it.
