Hello and Happy Sunday!
On the Home Front: It's been a bit of a trying week, so hopefully next week will be better.
Touching Nature: It's gotten a wee bit chilly these last few days (and windy!) and even colder at night. One last gasp of Winter, perhaps?
Book News: I read my monster porn for tomorrow's post and hope to get the reviews written today. I'm 15 books ahead on my Goodreads challenge thanks to my low estimate of 100 books this year and the fact I just added 5 books I reviewed for the March issue of InD'tale Magazine. Speaking of the magazine, the InD'Scribe Conference in Burbank has blogger opportunities! For those upset about BEA and who would like to go to a more intimate, fun and informative event, I strongly recommend InD'Scribe. I'm still hoping to go this year, but I'll have to play it by ear considering the situation at home right now.
Also, Michelle clued me in on the Groupon 60 day free trial of KU. So I now have 58 days to get all my quality monster porn for the rest of the year's Monster Porn Monday posts. So much WIN!

Cyberspace Playground: Zip
Randomness: Went to the liquor store for Bacardi and also came home with this. Because 1. it looks like a small canonball and 2. it also looks like a potion from Diablo. I really don't care what it tastes like. Though it is kinda tasty. :D
Carol's Nuggets of Wisdom: No matter how tired you are or how much you don't want to, you just gotta keep swimming.

Sorry your week wasnt so great but congrats on being ahead on your GR Challenge. I'm on track, for once, but staying that way is always a struggle.
ReplyDeleteHopefully this week will be better:) I'd buy that Captain Morgan's just because of the bottle too. LOL We had a couple of chilly nights but it's supposed to be 70s again this week, so crossing fingers it was old man winter's last blast.

Sorry to hear your week wasn't great but I hope this week was better. I love your Dory gif, it's so true. Work is stressful for me but I do what I can. I would also buy the alcohol just for the bottle lol. Have a good week!

It has gotten windy and chilly lately! I've also noticed the nights are colder than the mornings, which is hardly ever true for my area. I might have to look into InD'Scribe for next year. I think BEA is now out of the question forever due to their price hikes over last year.
