AVR News Update
Hello and Happy Sunday!

On the Home Front: Lots of running around in prep for Christmas. I had to put real clothes on, leave my home and deal with John Q Public more than I deem acceptable.

Touching Nature: I need to do some work on my garden and my tomato bed. I might do that today. Maybe. But probably not. Yesterday we were outside using power tools to cut and sand wood for Jessica's bookcases,I vacuumed both vehicles and for the grand finale, we had a bonfire complete with s'mores. 75º in December is just wrong though. Bloody weather.

Book News: I'm catching up on my Goodreads Challenge. I'm now only 1 book behind. Woot! Two more weeks and I can share my blog news. I could share now if I wanted, but I'm being evil to you guys.

Don't Touch That Dial!: Hubby & I managed to restart our stalled watch of Buffy & Angel. We watched 10 episodes of Season 6 of Buffy and 6 episodes of Season 3 of Angel. :) Other than that and the 1 episode of Bones every school morning, I got nothing.

At the Flicks: Not yet...getting so close now...

Cyberspace Playground: You tell 'em, Colbert!

Randomness:

That's it for me. AVR News Update signing off. May all your books enthrall you.

  1. Doesn't it suck having to go out this time of year? Too many people, the malls are swamped... a little goes a long way. :) A bonfire in Dec? Jealous. 75 sounds good, we were 50's this week and that's pretty good for here. :)

Word is, there's a big movie coming out next week. Are you guys seeing it right away?

  3. You have blog news? Evil temptress! :( Putting on clothes and going out in public is so over-rated. :( It's been warm here too and I love it. I don't need no stinking cold or snow or ice. But I like s'mores so feel free to share. :D

    1. I'm done shopping! Woot! I want snow for Christmas but it looks like we're going to be in the 70s. Normal December temps are 50s. It's too warm for this time of year. How are all the bugs going to die off if it doesn't get cold?!

  9. Loving the warm weather we are having and it could continue straight through to summer and I would be happy. :-)
