News

So we've traveled to Northern Ohio, Southwest Ohio and back again to North Carolina. 1206 miles in four days with 4 kids, 2 adults and 1 small dog with luggage, blankets, pillows and a big ass cooler crammed into a Pontiac Montana. Many thanks to Burlington Tire for getting our van travel worthy. It ran great! Since we were gone Monday-Thursday and we did a lot of running around Friday and Saturday, I did not get the reviews ready that I thought I would. Overconfident much? Yep. Guilty! This week should be much slower around the homestead and productive as far as the blog goes.

Yep, I'd say everyone was ready to get home. From this point it was only another 6.5 hours.

  2. Damn, it looks crowded in there! The dog went too? :D

Soul Kissed looks awesome! And so does the historical romance. It's been forever since I've read anything HR... Need to get back into it.

    1. We took the littlest dog. On the way home he had to ride on the floor at my feet. Good thing he's only 16 lbs.

I enjoy a good HR occasionally and that one looked good.

    1. I like Jacquelyn Frank AKA Jax.

My one son did get to stretch his long legs out on top of the cooler once we got everyone's drinks out. Every year my mom says,'I don't know how you're going to get everything in the van.' Jeez, you'd think she'd know by now that I'm the Packer Extraordinaire.
