AVR News Update
Hello and Happy Sunday!

So I'm still without a computer, but that should be remedied on Tuesday. My birthday is Thursday, so that will be a nice b-day pressie even though hubby already bought me a toaster oven. Something I've been wanting for a couple of years now. Anyway, I ordered a tower on Amazon, so with luck, it'll hook up and be ready for lift off. My luck this year has been shit so...*fingers crossed* Then I'm sure I'll have updates to do and after that, the work of installing all the programs I need from my old computer, like Norton and the printer and such. In the meantime, I've been having myself a Buffy the Vampire Slayer marathon. My kids have stated they are close to staging an intervention. Piffle. I'm not obsessed or anything. Just basically computerless. Getting on hubby's laptop is so not the same as having my *own* stuff at my fingertips. It sucks and watching Buffy helps. Plus, you know, Spike. Nom nom nom! Though I'm just in Season 3 and he's not a full-time character yet. Still...*drools*

Sugarcube had 2 rounds of antibiotics in February and was not better so the vet did an x-ray. We found out she had bladder stones. Her surgery was Tuesday, she came home Weds and she appears to be doing fine. She does not like pills. They smell icky, so I don't blame her.

Our POS van is acting up. Again. Would someone just come and steal it for me? Then push it over a cliff? That would be great, thanks.

That's it for me. AVR News Update signing off. May all your books enthrall you.

    1. I needed him this week. Seriously. I'm not totally hip to Angel, but my son is going to watch it so I most likely will too. :)
