We had a fabulous time at the beach last weekend and this week has been catching up on laundry and getting my ducks, er, books in a row for the upcoming week. I'm still a bit behind schedule (8 books read and no reviews written yet O.O), but hope to catch up with what needs read and reviews written before the dates I have planned for them. I'd hate to have to erase and move things on my calendar, but if I gotta then I gotta. *fingers crossed* that I won't have to though. The pressure is on!AVR News Update

This spree started because I was looking for pirate books for next year's Talk Like a Pirate Day (9/19). LOL Warning: Most, but not all, of these are erotica.
Alpha Male, An Indecent Proposition, Five Card Stud, Impact, Love Unbound, Midnight Conquest, Office Toy, Pirate's Price, Sleeping Lady, The Cost of Eternity, The Ghost and the Graveyard, The Pirate and the Feisty Maid, To Sin with Scandal, Untamed Hunger, Untamed Magick, Whiteout, Wolf's Haven

The one week I don't have many and it's too late now to remember what they were. lol

ReplyDeleteThanks! I'm trying! It's not easy when there are shiny things on the internet to distract me. LOL
DeleteLords, Ladies, Butler and Maids looks good, and I am glad ya all had a blast at the beach, but catch up week is always hard on us Moms. Enjoy your week and all those new lovelies!
ReplyDeleteCatch up week is indeed a drag. lol Thanks! :)

GitG looks good. I hope it is. *fingers crossed*
DeleteYou have a lot of books! I hope they are good.
ReplyDeleteI understand about being behind, try not to stress over it. You'll get there. :)
Me, too!
DeleteI try not to, but I do anyway. At least a little bit. lol I've actually gotten quite a bit done, so it's not too bad. :)
Great haul, lots of freebies, which is always nice! Good luck with staying on schedule ;) ... I'm the worst at sticking to my reading/writing review schedule haha.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by Bookmunchies (:
Freebies are the bomb! :)
DeleteI'm not doing too bad with the schedule right now. I hope it stays that way. lol
I am behind on reviews too... the outside is just too nice right now ;)
ReplyDeleteIt's been so super gorgeous here! But I'm trying to stay on track. :)
DeleteWhite Out looks good, hope you enjoy
ReplyDeleteI hope it's as good as it sounds. We'll see. :)
DeleteWow!! So many awesome books you've picked up lately! Hope you enjoy them!
ReplyDeleteThanx for visiting My Weekly Wrap-Up!
Naomi @ Nomi’s Paranormal Palace
I grab freebies indiscriminately, but when it comes to ones I'm asked to review I generally pick a little wiser. lol
DeleteI'm glad you had a good time at the beach! I really hate rescheduling as well...which is part of the reason I don't type reviews right away. It's just a pain. I hope you enjoy your new (and spicy) reads!
ReplyDeleteI hate when I want to post something on a certain day and events conspire against me. Gah! Anyway, I have several drafted and ready to go, so I should be good for a little bit. *fingers crossed*
DeleteLooks like a good week coming up, Saturday Shorts sounds interesting. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI hope I can get the Saturday Shorts read before Saturday. lol I may have to push those to next Saturday, but only as a last resort. Thanks! :)
DeleteOoh you got tons if books! I have ghost in the graveyard. I haven't read it yet. Let me know how you like it! Thanks for stopping by my STS :D
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading!
Dee @ Dee's reads - My STS
You may get to it before me though I'd like to read it before Halloween. :)
DeleteI'm liking the cover for the Ghost and the Graveyard. Great set of books, Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThanks and thanks for visiting! :)
DeleteThat is an impressive haul! There is nothing like the buzz of a free book...
ReplyDeleteI know! Normally there aren't so many on ARe that catch my eye all at one time like that. lol I did manage a couple Pirate books though. ;)
DeleteWow, you have quite a haul...and yes, freebies can sometimes be too much.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy...and thanks for visiting my blog.
Freebies are the devil. lol I'm trying to cut back on them since I'll never have time to read them all unless I can find a yummy vampire to turn me. ;)
DeleteWe all know what sprees can do ;)
ReplyDeleteGreat haul and Happy reading :)
I can't seem to resist the occasional spree. lol Thanks!
DeleteImpressive haul! Lords, Ladies, Butlers and Maids looks very tempting...
ReplyDeleteHave a great week, and thanks for visiting my Sunday Post.
I thought so, too. I hope to read that one soon.
DeleteThanks and you're welcome! :)
Nice list of books. Enjoy! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThanks and you, too! :)
DeleteI really like the whole "walking with audios" idea for Wednesday. I may need to start trying that for my gym days.
ReplyDeleteI needed motivation to get back on the dreadmill. lol Hope it works!
DeleteI always hoard her books because they are such a hoot. They were in my Top Ten Favorite Series post. :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck catching up. I hate it when I get behind in writing reviews. I get all my books mixed up in my head and it makes it harder to write them.
ReplyDeleteI can't write them without having the book pulled up on Goodreads so the blurb jogs my memory and having the book next to me in case I need to flip through it. I always have to write the reviews for library books before I return them or I'm screwed. LOL
DeleteFreebies are insidious - they multiply when you aren't watching and tempt you with their covers.
ReplyDeleteExactly so! And it's a conspiracy!
DeleteWow nice haul, well done scoring all those freebies! Love that.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great week!
