AVR News Update
Hello and Happy Sunday from the Voracious Household!

Happy Easter to those who celebrate!

I'm pleased to report that I have nothing dire to report. We made it through another week and Spring Break started Friday. My 17-yr-old daughter went to the beach for the weekend with her boyfriend and his family. Eeep! They grow up so fast! The rest of us have just been hanging out.

My Buffy the Vampire Slayer obsession is still in full effect though I watched much much less of it this past week. I spent my time getting back on the treadmill, cleaning, watching YouTube videos, reading and trying to figure out MS Word 2010 so I could get some time sensitive reviews written. I got the reviews written, but I'm still figuring out the software. *blerg* I have some more reviews to write and I've got some appointments this week to keep, but other than that just hoping for some nice weather.

For those who enjoy Monster Porn Monday, I will not have the post up tomorrow. I haven't even picked which books to read yet, so while I will have a post this month I'm not sure if it will be next Monday or later. I'm still burnt out and I'm taking some more time off to get my equilibrium back. I expect April to be a fairly light reviewing month as I try to wrestle my mojo into submission. Hopefully May will have me back into, if not full reviewing swing, then at least semi-swing. I'm not going to sweat it if I don't.

And btw, this is my 666th post.
Is it ironic that it falls on Easter Sunday?

That's it for me. AVR News Update signing off. May all your books enthrall you.

  3. Spooky :) I have a bit of the lazies, and after my break it has been hard to get back in 100% and with the kids home friday (my day off, I do all things bloggy) and my son home this friday it might be another week or so before i can really get back in. I just don't want to burn out so I am going to try a new schedule that keeps me a month ahead (I hope) We will see :)

Have a great week! Enjoy some Buffy and Happy Reading!

  4. Happy Easter!! I hope you had a wonderful day. Mine was fairly relaxing, so I can't complain. Plus, the rain stopped for a bit for the past couple days so yay! haha

Wow, this kids grow up so fast don't they?!? Off to spend spring break with the bf... Please let I be a bit before my step son (turned 15 on Monday!) says anything about such trips :/

I'll miss monster porn Monday, but I totally understand needing the time. Have a great week :)
