AVR News Update
Hello and Happy Sunday!

It's been a busy week, but with nothing that's very interesting. I did send off my application to Sheetz, but have heard nothing back. To be honest, I'm a bit relieved. LOL We may not have everything we want, but we do have everything we need and while extra money would definitely be nice, we're doing ok. I'm going to polish my resume and see if I can find some work as an Acquisitions or Content Editor. That would be up my alley and something I could do from home.

My hubby's birthday was Monday, so we celebrated that and since the weather has been gorgeous we worked outside all day yesterday and this morning before coming in to watch football. Well, he and Trip are watching football. I've been doing inside chores. And this post, which is way, way, way late for me. Oops!

In other news, if the weather holds, we'll be working outside all week since hubby has been off since Fri and doesn't need to head back until this coming Friday. Keep your fingers crossed for fair skies. We have a lot to do outside which is why I have only a tour on the schedule for this week.

That's it for me. AVR News Update signing off. May all your books enthrall you.

    1. Whenever I whine about things I want to do around the house and we don't have the money, I just remember we are much better off than so many people out there. Then I look for ways to save money, so I can get the things I want, like some ceiling fans. lol

  3. Oh, happy birthday to your husband! Good luck with the job hunt and the outside chores. I like my little apartment-style condo, no chores. :)

    1. Thanks! :) I don't mind outside chores if the weather isn't too hot. The heat and I do not get along. At all. lol

  8. The weather has been wonderful this last week (until today when it rained) and it's suppose to be in the 80's again this weekend. I wish it would make up its mind already :) I do hope you get a chance to do what you have to this weekend (sorry I am responding so late I had a busy weekend/week but I didn't want to miss commenting on your sunday post) :)
