TWR Blog Tour Book Review ~ The Hangman's Master by Elyse Hoffman
Stefan Harkel is a reckless man, and this recklessness has often gotten him into trouble. It led to him being kicked out his parents' home at sixteen, and then it led him right into the arms of the Nazi Party’s Brownshirt Unit. In this army of hatred, Stefan finds love and friendship, but when Hitler chooses to purge the Brownshirts, Stefan turns against the Führer he once served loyally, vowing vengeance for his butchered loved ones.
Driven by a desire for revenge, Stefan joins an anti-Nazi resistance group, but killing a few Nazis isn’t enough for him. He yearns for the power to truly make the Nazis pay for what they’ve done. One day, a supernatural occurrence gives him that chance by granting him the power of a god… and a chance for revenge.
Stefan is approached by the Angel of Justice, who reigns over Hell itself. The angel reveals that Hell is divided into thousands of Zones, condemned souls sent to each to suffer whatever punishment their respective Master sees fit. The angels in charge of Hell have chosen Stefan as a warden, and he is given a Contract for his own Zone.
Stefan gains a Contract for Zone N-1, which holds the soul of Reinhard Heydrich, one of the main architects of the Holocaust and the one who instigated the purge of the SA. However, Stefan is not the only one who has been offered a Contract, and with the chance for revenge comes terrible danger.
A ruthless Nazi, another Master, has been killing people for their Contracts, and has his sights set on Stefan. If he gains Heydrich’s contract, he could turn the tide of the war back in Hitler’s favour.
Faced with torture and the murder of innocents, Stefan is the only person standing between his enemies and the precious Contract for Zone N-1. How will he ensure the power of God does not fall into the ruthless Nazis’ hands?
A thrilling tale of redemption and the brutality of the Second World War is flawlessly told in Elyse Hoffman’s latest page-turner.

TWR Blog Tour Spotlight ~ Fallen Knight by Ceril N. Domace
Leon Quinn has two goals in life: stay out of the reach of the Templesbane and drink himself unconscious whenever he can afford it.
The first is because the Templesbane wiped out his home and family among the Knights Vigilant when he was a child, destroying everything he knew and loved in one night. The second is to help him sleep when the memories of the first overwhelm him.
But he can’t avoid his past forever. His mercenary work has brought him back to Mezeldwelf, the city he fled to after the downfall of the Knights Vigilant, and to his estranged father just in time to get embroiled in a scheme that threatens the very foundation of the city. A scheme that could see Mezeldwelf, its people, and its gods handed over to the Templesbane.
To protect the city and man that adopted him, Leon will need to confront the ruins of the life he left behind and the horrors that threaten the life he’s cobbled together since then.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy ~ Audiobook Review
Seconds before the Earth is demolished to make way for a galactic freeway, Arthur Dent is plucked off the planet by his friend Ford Prefect, a researcher for the revised edition of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy who, for the last fifteen years, has been posing as an out-of-work actor.
Together this dynamic pair begin a journey through space aided by quotes from The Hitchhiker’s Guide (“A towel is about the most massively useful thing an interstellar hitchhiker can have”) and a galaxy-full of fellow travelers: Zaphod Beeblebrox—the two-headed, three-armed ex-hippie and totally out-to-lunch president of the galaxy; Trillian, Zaphod’s girlfriend (formally Tricia McMillan), whom Arthur tried to pick up at a cocktail party once upon a time zone; Marvin, a paranoid, brilliant, and chronically depressed robot; Veet Voojagig, a former graduate student who is obsessed with the disappearance of all the ballpoint pens he bought over the years.
Where are these pens? Why are we born? Why do we die? Why do we spend so much time between wearing digital watches? For all the answers stick your thumb to the stars. And don't forget to bring a towel!
