--- AVR News Update ---
Hello and Happy Sunday!

On the Home Front: Um...we did some stuff? I think? Mostly hung out at home being slug-worthy. Except for Thursday - grocery day. Ugggghhhh

Touching Nature: Rain. Rain. Oh, look! More rain. I like the thunder though.

Book News: Chugging along. My challenge says I'm 7 books behind, but whatever. I'm just happy I'm caught up with my review writing.

Don't Touch That Dial!: Stanley Cup playoffs have started (Go Canes!!), Cleveland Indians, and Criminal Minds. It seems like I'm watching a lot of tv, but I'm not really.

At the Flicks: Nothing yet, but probably Hellboy soon.

Cyberspace Playground: Nothing

Randomness:

Carol's Nuggets of Wisdom: It's ok to be YOU. Unless you are a serial killer. That shit is not okay.

That's it for me. AVR News Update signing off. May all your books enthrall you.

  1. That random thing was very random :D

I'm glad you had an uneventful week (it must have been rather uneventful, right?). We have sun these days, but it's still rather chilly around here.

Have a wonderful week ahead and happy reading.

    1. Ikr? LOL

I love uneventful weeks! I dont' get them very often anymore. I thought as my kids became adults I would have more time. Boy, was I ever wrong.

  2. We did stuff too and just did other stuff, no rain except for today.
but Jack the Ripper was ok, he was kinda cool if you ignore all the killing and stuff.

Have a great week, Carol! Happy Reading!

  3. Gone with the Ghost looks like a fun one! I remember reading some of her vampire novels years ago and they were pretty fun!
